Review annotations

1. Choose New review, enter a name, save folder and reviewer, and Add workspace… for each input. Inputs must be compatible, including protocol and primary recording.
2. Create review, then select a lane and label under Review scope.
3. Choose New decision and check the inputs to resolve together. Timeline clicks seek/highlight; checkboxes select decision membership.
4. Choose an operation or custom boundaries, inspect the preview, add a note, and Save decision.

Select a Saved decision to edit or remove it. New annotation adds output absent from the inputs. Shared-input markers identify reuse across decisions. Original inputs remain separate from reviewer output.

Measurements use saved reviewer output, excluding unresolved inputs and unsaved previews. Use File → Save review to persist work and reopen its JSON to resume. Save records… exports measurements with retained review information.
