Session Reports
The session report is a human-readable TSV summary of a single session. It is the primary output for clinical record-keeping and progress tracking.

What's included
The report has two sections:
Annotation summary — one row per lane/label combination:

Format
Reports are exported as tab-separated .txt files with a #-prefixed header block:

The header block is ignored by pandas.read_csv(..., comment='#', sep='\t').
Tip
Export after saving a checkpoint so the exported state is clearly versioned.
